What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Support: Manage kitchen and bathroom warranty queries via phone and email, helping turn customer challenges into positive experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside teammates, suppliers, and installers to investigate issues and find fair, practical solutions.
- Clear Communication: Keep customers updated with clear, empathetic, and reassuring messages throughout their case.
What we’re looking for
