Aiming for diversity at all levels
As part of our Feel At Home strategy, we are working to create more opportunities for colleagues and external candidates from ethnic minorities to professionally progress throughout the business.
The network started in 2018.
It was apparent that the leadership was not diverse and the business wanted to put strategies in place to change this. We are aiming for diversity at all levels and driving real change in policy, what we talk about and celebrate.
Celebrating our successes
International Film Festival - aims at celebrating films from a range of cultures and ethnicities across the business.
South Asian Heritage Month - learning and celebrating with our South Asian colleagues from around the business through group discussions, guest speakers and the sharing of individual cultures, foods and experiences.
Rooney Rule - Ensuring fair and balanced representation of gender and ethnicity throughout the hiring process at management and leadership level.

We want to move from strength to strength and we know there is much more to be done.
We are focusing on moving from awareness and education to stepping up our data and reporting.
Moving to data driven targets and strategies that also live throughout our policies and practice.
We also aim to shout about the good work we are doing to attract more diverse groups to the business.
