Oxford Summer School

This hugely prestigious 5-day residential programme is limited to ten management-level colleagues from across the business. Hosted at the amazing Keeble College, Oxford University, OSS helps you develop as a retail leader, enhancing your understanding of the five key retail resources; People, Money, Merchandise, Marketing and Retail Channels.

Leadership Effectiveness and Development (LEAD)

This transitional development programme is run internally for colleagues looking to move into positions of leadership within 6-12 months. It’s designed to help you move from managing to leading.
