About the role.
You will be the driving force behind a safe, successful, and customer-focused environment. As a trusted Key Holder and Supervisor, you will lead by example, mentoring your team and ensuring operational excellence. This includes everything from maintaining a pristine store and expertly fulfilling orders to making sure every customer receives outstanding support. Your commitment to safety and inspiring your colleagues to deliver their best will be the cornerstone of driving team success.1

About you.
We are seeking a proactive leader who brings supervisory experience, whether managing a small team of two or a larger group of ten. You should possess a keen ambition for career growth and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting your own team. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, going above and beyond, is essential. Ideally, you will also have experience in key operational areas such as training new team members, supporting scheduling rotas, and acting as a key-holder. Above all, we are looking for candidates who bring a high level of enthusiasm to drive success.

Please note that this is a part time role, with 12 hours per week, consisting of two 6-hour shifts. Afternoon and evening availability is required on Fridays and Saturdays or Sundays. Flexibility during busy periods and to cover holidays will also be required.

If you are 21 yrs and over £12.86 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.13 phr and under 18 yrs £9.35 phr.

Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
