The Mission: Lead the Midlands Region
You will be the visible, inspirational leader for our business across the Midlands. This is a hands-on role where you will be in stores 3–4 days a week, driving performance and setting the standard for excellence.
Your Impact Will Be Pivotal
- Lead 18 Stores: Directly responsible for the commercial and operational performance of a significant portfolio of 18 stores across the Midlands.
- People First: Your most critical function is Exceptional People Leadership. You will lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Store Managers, proactively managing their performance, careers, and succession plans.
- Drive Strategy & Growth: Responsible for the performance of the region, ensuring sales, margins, and overheads support our business strategy.
