Experience in being able to establish processes to support delivery leads independent of methodology.

What you’ll be doing:

Establish and maintain PMO best practices, methodologies, and standards across the IT organization to ensure consistent programme delivery and governance

Lead the tracking and monitoring of strategic programs across multiple product groups, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Develop and maintain comprehensive programme reporting frameworks to effectively communicate key delivery metrics, risks, and status to stakeholders

Provide strategic guidance to senior management on project progress, budget utilization, resource estimates, team performance, and financial forecasts

What we’re looking for:

You’ll be able to work at pace, with a sense of urgency and be able to commit to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.

You’ll work in a small team and balance strategic change, running weekly governance mechanics and delving into detail for issue resolution.

You’ll demonstrate sound judgement in the decision making process and have strong understanding of scope of contracts, including milestones and recognition of changes skills.

Experience with Atlassian toolset (specifically Jira/Confluence) would be beneficial
