We are seeking a Retail & Inclusion I&D Advisor to join our HR team at the Support Centre in Watford. This role will be instrumental in implementing the Inclusion & Diversity strategy, as defined by the Head of Inclusion & Diversity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely data and analysis to our HRBPs and retail teams, directly supporting the achievement of our ESG gender and ethnicity targets. A strong passion for Inclusion & Diversity is essential, along with the ability to identify emerging trends both internally and externally. This insight will then need to be translated into actionable plans for the business.

Working Pattern: 2 days in Watford and 3 days in stores. 

A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role due to regular travel requirements. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business partner with the Retail HRBP’s, Regional Leaders, and Store Managers to support the delivery of our ESG targets
  • Regularly review performance against targets and identify focus areas, sharing insight and opportunities with the Retail teams
  • Attend regional and divisional meetings regularly to drive awareness of the I&D strategy, network activity, and progress against targets
  • Support with network governance and reach, seeking innovative ways to better engage our retail population with the network activity
  • Support new stores and refits by presenting I&D strategy as part of our welcome day programme
  • Build an external network of peers to support with current and future thinking in the I&D space
