- Business partner with the Retail HRBP’s, Regional Leaders, and Store Managers to support the delivery of our ESG targets
- Regularly review performance against targets and identify focus areas, sharing insight and opportunities with the Retail teams
- Attend regional and divisional meetings regularly to drive awareness of the I&D strategy, network activity, and progress against targets
- Support with network governance and reach, seeking innovative ways to better engage our retail population with the network activity
- Support new stores and refits by presenting I&D strategy as part of our welcome day programme
- Build an external network of peers to support with current and future thinking in the I&D space
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of presenting at all levels
- Experience in a field based role
- Leadership skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Data Insight (including producing reports, analysis, preparing insight commentary and recommendations)
- Strong influencing skills
- Building credibility and trust with others
- Organised, can work logically against a plan but is also creative to search for solutions when required.
- Looks for future opportunities and doesn’t just follow the crowd, but can then articulate how that can accelerate the Wickes colleague diversity.
