We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to focus on reviewing, verifying, and processing physical Right to Work documentation for a period of 4-6 weeks. You will collaborate with the HR compliance lead to ensure all standards are met and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Verification: Physical reviews of RTW docs for authenticity.
  • Data Processing: Accurately log and process docs in HR systems.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay aligned with legislative or regulatory changes
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively raise and escalate red flags.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain audit-ready compliance files.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Compliance Focused: RTW check experience preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in legal doc review.
  • Communication: Strong verbal/written collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to fixing doc gaps.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS or DMS platforms.
