We’re looking for an Estates Transformation Project Manager to join our team. You’ll plan and coordinate key Showroom transformation projects and implementation workstreams. Ensuring new Showroom builds and Refreshes are delivered to our timings and standards on sites, organising implementations with colleagues and contractors. By ordering products and reconciling invoices for the display stock, equipment by week, for Showroom transformations. To re-forecast stock by supplier as stock is called off for Display implementation. 

To assist with all purchase orders and invoices associated with Showroom transformation projects in line with programmed dates and individual store requirements. The role will require travel to attend on site for Meetings and support work progress throughout each project, working under the guidance and direction of the transformation team.


What you’ll be doing:

Ensuring proposed showroom designs and plans have all the correct products against our central priority listings

Significant ownership of Product order placement including arrangement of agreed delivery dates. Ongoing improvement of this process.

Coordination of contractors, suppliers and one off projects 

Ordering of remedial delivery request for on site deliveries to support works on site ● Collation and order of supplier samples and product stands

Central relationship liaison with equipment manufacturer 

Coding up of product invoices within the Net Suite system 

Any other general administrative duties that are deemed required and reasonable


Demands of the role

Data entry and internal PC system(s) use inc excel 

Assist moving to a new solution for all our showroom asset data (asset tagging)

Able to work to deadlines and programme dates 

Methodical and highly organised to track orders and process product requests through to delivery, and drive ongoing improvements.

Good communication skills required as multiple contacts to liaise with 

Time/task management essential as multiple tasks will be ongoing 

Ability to work away from home circa.1-2 day/nights a week. Can be up to 4 at peak activity.

Able to follow instructions and challenge when unsure of requirements


What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have A levels or equivalent as a minimum. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

Data entry/system use 

Systematic thinking 

Time/task management and able to complete deadlines

Task and process driven 

Good levels of PC literacy 

Good communication skills - verbal and non-verbal 

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills 

Ability to work effectively as part of a team or as an individual 

Google, spreadsheets Excel, e-mail
