- Ensure that all DSV supplier order books have been updated with the latest information daily
- To ensure all customer orders containing DSV products have a delivery date booked within 3 days of HDC delivery
- Effectively manage any anomalies on the DSV order book, liaising with supply chain and suppliers on a regular basis to ensure all anomalies are captured and resolved
- To ensure that any issues are escalated through the correct channels in a timely manner to minimise risk to delivery dates and fulfilment
- Communicate any challenges effectively for quick resolution through the correct process
- Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders at key points in the process to ensure there are no delays and that the proposed delivery dates are met.
- To invoke the supplier escalation process at the appropriate point to maintain support levels from internal customers, third party suppliers and our store network in order to deliver on time
- To maintain accurate timely and detailed records using correct process and systems
- To process requests to amend or cancel orders as required
- To attend regular service review meetings focussed on continuous improvement across the department
- To resolve queries raised by internal and external customers relating to any order progression or remedials and the relevant investigations this may entail
- To maintain quality documents as required, identifying where processes may need to be reviewed
- To respond at pace to all contacts and work queues to meet individual targets and departmental service level agreements
- To minimise the delay in resolutions for any requests and work queues; seek assistance from internal and external stakeholders if necessary to achieve a speedier resolution
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in data coordination, customer service, logistics, or related fields.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Product knowledge of our showroom products (training provided).
- Experience using Excel/Google spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
